Our Mission
"To maintain and improve the dignity and integrity of the homes in the Colonial Acres neighborhood, to preserve the residential quality of the area, to ensure orderly and compatible land use in the area, to encourage homeowners living in the area to improve their homes, to encourage real estate investors with property in the area to improve their holdings, and to work together on problems and issues of common concern."
Run by an all-volunteer board of directors, CANA holds general meetings quarterly.
Members in Good Standing are those with currently paid dues and recent participation. These members are invited to stand for office, vote in any elections or general item votes. Annual dues are $15 for an individual, $20 for families, and $25 for businesses.
